We want you to love your order! But if something isn’t right, here’s everything you need to know.
Starting a Return
If you’d like to return something, just send us an email at info@sallysarieddine.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Pop in your name, order number, and which item(s) you’re sending back and we’ll take it from there.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and our return address will be shared with you once your return is approved. Please make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and packed back up in its original packaging items returned without packaging may be refused or have a restocking fee applied.
Hold onto your proof of postage and tracking number too! If anything goes wrong in transit, we won’t be able to process a refund without it.
Once we receive your return, we’ll check everything over and get your refund processed within 15 days. The money will go straight back to your original payment method.
Received Something Faulty?
Every single piece we send out is carefully inspected before it reaches you, so this rarely happens but if it does, please don’t worry, we’ve got you! Just email us at info@sallysarieddine.com within 14 days with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll sort it out for you as quickly as we can.
